Sonda respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement. We also process counter‑notices where appropriate.

Report Infringement

Send a notice that includes:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The specific URL, release ID, or sufficient information to locate the material.
• A statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Content ID & UGC

Eligible content may be enrolled in rights‑management systems (e.g., Content ID) in accordance with platform policies. Disputes are handled under fair, creator‑first guidelines.
